Piercing Hill was a complete refurbishment from top to bottom, including a considerable amount of structural alterations to the inside of the property.

The property was stripped back to bare walls and structurally altered with a lot of steelwork to form the space envisioned by the design team and the client.

The property was then rebuilt following the architect's design and clients' vision.

The rear garden to the property was also heavily landscaped to level the garden with hardwood retaining walls to create a usable space.
